The\nSupreme Court of India uphold the UGC notification that final year examination\nwill conduct before 30 September 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Examination\n: Nothing is impossible in the world the word itself says I m possible. Life is\nlike an exam and we are the aspirant, the decision of the state to conduct\nfinal year exam of various University and college is quite challenging issue in\nthis COVID-19 pandemic situation but still the government is making all their\nefforts to conduct final year exam . The pathetic issue like the way of contacting\nexam offline or online mode, the number of questions to be in question paper, whether\nthe question will be in form of objective or subjective, the duration of\nexamination etc these are the major issues yet to be discussed and finalize by\nthe government. The UGC universities and other authorities are discussing to\nmake proper guideline to conduct the examination with safety of students and\nstaffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\nSupreme Court verdict not to promote the students without taking their exam at\nany prior. The students will not be promoted on the basis of their previous\nsemester results or academic performance, they have to appear and clear their\nrespective semester and final year examination, But the most state like Bihar\n,Assam etc is under the threat of recurring flood , conducting the exam in\nthese state is quite challenging for the government and university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The apex court bench Mr. Shah Ashok Bhushan\nand Mr. RS Reddy said that the final year and semester examination is the step\ntowards the success of an aspirant which pave their future career helping in employment,\nlearning is a process and the process must not be stop at any circumstances,\nits challenge situation for both the government and the students of University\nand colleges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\nuniversities they have not conducted final year examination they preparing the plan\neither online or offline according to the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
