The Central Board of Secondary Education popularly known as CBSE has to announce the class 12th examination results 2022 on its official websites – cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.nic.in. Chances are. The CBSE 10th examinations were conducted from April 26, 2022 to May 24, 2022, while the Class 12 examinations began on April 26, 2022 and concluded on June 15, 2022. CBSE Result 2022: Term-wise weightage
After the declaration of CBSE Board Result 2022, the direct link to download the result will be activated soon on the official website.
According to sources, the board has decided to give 30% weightage to class 12th Term-1 exam while Term-2 exam will get 70% weightage in the final result. The weightage of Term-1 has been kept less than that of Term-2. CBSE 12th result has been declared, and the 10th result will declare soon.
CBSE Result 2022: Check the result on UMANG app
The CBSE will also release the class 12th term 2 board exam results on the UMANG app. On the other hand, the students are eagerly waiting for the declaration of the results.
Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan had told that the CBSE examinations were conducted till June 15, 2022. Thereafter, it takes at least 45 days to evaluate the exam copies. It’s only been about 35 days.
CBSE Result 2022: The exam was conducted in two terms
Keeping in view the COVID-19 pandemic, CBSE conducted the exam in two sessions Term-1 and Term-2. According to estimates, around 35 lakhs students appeared for the class 10th and 12th board exams at various exam centres across the country.
As an additional security step, CBSE has introduced a security PIN for DigiLocker accounts, where students can access their digital academic documents including mark sheets, migration certificates etc. Schools will have student-wise security pins available to the students.

Students who have not yet received the security pin to download their results, mark sheets and certificates, contact their schools and ask for your Digilocker PIN. It may be noted that the board has introduced this PIN as an additional security measure. Using this, your certificates will be sent directly to your locker, where you can download them.
