BPSC Mains exam pattern

The first question will have only questions from Section 1, while the fourth question will contain only questions with short answers from Section 2. The second and third questions will be of the descriptive variety, each with one possible answer. Both of the questions will have options and come from section one. There will be two answers each for questions five and six. Both of these multiple-choice questions are from Section II, and both of them must be answered.

The syllabus for anthropology is divided into three sections. There will be two section one-related questions. The first question in this will be of the short-answer variety and cover the entirety of Section 1 curriculum. The second question will be a descriptive one with only one possible answer. Only section 1 of the syllabus will be used for this question with alternatives.

A and B are the two subsections of Section II. Each of these will include two descriptive questions and offer various answers. All of these questions will be based on the section two syllabus, and you must respond to both of the questions from any one sub-part. Section three will consist of two questions, the first of which will be of the short answer variety and will cover the full section three syllabus.
