The application process for the exam was started from September 30, 2021. The last date to apply for the exam was November 19, 2021. The preliminary exam will be conducted for a duration of two hours and will be of objective type. The exam will be of 150 marks followed by main exam.

BPSC 67th Combined Preliminary Exam 2021: Syllabus and Exam Pattern

 Candidates must note that the exam will be conducted in offline mode and there will be negative marking in the exam.  BPSCPostponed67 To qualify in the exam, candidates must have secured at least 40% marks in the exam. Candidates are advised to go through the detailed syllabus before appearing for the preliminary examination. There will be General Studies paper in the Prelims exam. The Prelims exam will also have questions from General Aptitude, General Science. With respect to General Science, questions will be asked from the basic understanding of science of the candidate.
