Apart from the JEE Main 2021 question papers, the National Testing Agency will also release the answer keys of JEE Main question papers on its official website. NTA will release the answer key in two phases, as per the previous pattern. In the first phase, the provisional answer key will be released in which students can check and compare the answers. If they find discrepancies, they can challenge the answer key by submitting the case to the reviewing authorities with valid evidence.

Once all the responses are collected and corrected, then NTA will release the final answer key. This will be the final copy. JEE Main 2021 Previous Years Question Paper Pattern and Marking Scheme

The examination authority NTA may be changed in the exam pattern. Here is a snapshot of the changes for JEE Main 2021. According to this pattern, NTA may change the pattern or keep it same. The JEE Main 2021 changes by NTA

  • JEE Main Paper 1 exam will be conducted in February, March, April and May. Paper 2A (B.Arch) and Paper 2B (B Planning) will be conducted only twice in a year (February and May session).
  • Paper 1 will have 90 questions, where 20 questions will be asked in section A and 10 questions in section B. Students can answer a total of 75 questions – 20 questions in Section A and 5 questions in Section B for each subject – Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • Paper 2A is prescribed only for B.Arch courses and will have a total of 82 questions out of which students can attempt only 77 questions (Maths- 25; Aptitude- 50; Drawing- 2). The total marks allotted are 400.
  • Paper 2B will have 105 questions and students can attempt 100 questions. The paper will also be of 400 marks.
  • For Paper 2A and Paper 2B, candidates can answer any 5 questions out of 10 in the numerical value-based part in the Mathematics section.
  • Quite interestingly, the question papers will be set in 13 different languages ​​and they include Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi apart from Hindi, English and Gujarati.

Frequently Asked Questions On JEE Main 2022 Question Paper?

What will be the JEE Main 2022 exam mode?

JEE Main 2022 will be a computer-based exam and will be conducted online. Paper-I will be completely computer-based whereas Mathematics and Aptitude Test in Paper-II will be computer-based while the drawing test will be pen and paper-based.

What will be the JEE Main 2022 exam pattern?

There has been a slight change in the exam pattern of JEE Main 2022. Considering the decision taken by various boards across India, NTA has decided that the question paper will consist of total 90 questions and candidates will have to attempt only 75 questions.
