The JEE Main exam postpone urges by students to NTA. The national testing agency which is NTA conducts JEE Main exam for admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs, and various engineering colleges in India. NTA will conduct JEE Main exam in two sessions, session -1 & session -2. JEE Main Session-1 will conduct between the 24th to 31st of January 2023 & session-2 will conduct between the 6th to 12th of April 2023. The CBSE practical exam is classed with some examination date of JEE Main so some JEE Main aspirants running a twitter campaign and urge with NTA to postpone the examination date of JEE Main.

In a letter sent to the National Testing Agency (NTA) on Wednesday. The National Commission for the Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) encouraged them to change the JEE Main 2023 test dates and eliminate the 75% eligibility requirement.

Days after the JEE Main 2023 dates were announced, the NCPCR sent a letter announcing that the exam would henceforth be held in two sessions, the first in January and the second in April.

The NCPCR has also requested that the 75% eligibility requirement be eliminated by the testing organization. The January session of JEE Main 2023, scheduled to take place between 24 and 31 January, has been called for revision in this regard by engineering aspirants due to the conflicting dates with the CBSE pre-board exams.

“The commission has received a complaint from Navneet Kumar, Bihar, saying that dates of the JEE Main 2023 were disclosed one month before the final session-1,” the NCPCR wrote in a letter to the NTA. Additionally, the NTA announced the first session’s initial set of dates four months before the exam.

The notice period of one month is insufficient and it is “unfair and unjust” for the JEE Main 2023 students, the NCPCR continued, adding that the eligibility requirements of 75% are unreasonable for applicants who took a year off.

The first session of JEE Main will take place between 24 and 31 January, while the second will take place between 6 and 12 April.

The JEE Main 2023 January session exam registration process has already begun by the NTA. The JEE Main session 1 registration link will be available until January 12, 2023.

The hashtag “#postponeJEEMains” has become popular on social media in response to NTA’s announcement of the JEE Main 2023 exam dates.
