How to Register for CAT 2025
The CAT 2025 Registration form will be available on the official CAT website where you can demonstrate the registration start date as well the last date of the CAT 2025 registration.

2. Press the ‘New Registration’ button to begin the process.
3. Enter your personal details such as:

- Date of Birth
- Nationality

4. Type the CAPTCHA code and check out your details by using the OTP sent to your mobile.
5. After complete registration form successful, log in using the CAT 2025 User ID received on your registered email.
6. If you have any work experience fill the details.
7. Upload your passport-size photograph and a scanned your signature as per the specifications.
8. Select your preferred IIMs, MBA/PGP programs, and test cities (up to six).
9. Pay the application fee online by using a credit card, debit card, or net banking.

CAT 2025 Admit Card
CAT 2025 Admit Card is the most important document for any exam whether it is board exams of school, college exams or any entrance exam. No candidate is allowed to enter the exam hall without admit card. This is the unique identity card of the candidates appearing for the exam. No candidate can give the CAT exam without having to Admit Card.
So, candidate ensure that must download the admit card after registration for the CAT exam as soon as available on the official website. It is expected that the Admit Cards for CAT 2025 will release on November 2025.
The candidate should recheck the information mentioned in CAT 2025 Admit Card regarding Name, Registration Number, Exam Date, Time/Session, PwD status, Test City, Test Center Address, and Reference Number. The process to Download the CAT Admit Card
Candidates can download the CAT 2025 Admit Card in five simple steps. These steps are mentioned below in detail:
Step 1: Login to the official website of CAT
- For downloading the Admit Card, go to the official website of CAT i.e. iimcat.ac.in. There is an option of Registered Candidate Login, click on the “login” option.
Step 2: Enter CAT Login ID & Password
- Enter the 7-digit CAT User ID and Password in the Candidate login box, and then click on the login option. This step directs the candidate toward the Admit Card page. In case the candidate forgets his/her password, then click on the “Forget User ID/Password?” option, then IIM will send the Login ID and Password on the registered Mail ID of the candidate.
Step 3: Click on ‘Admit Card
- The candidate after clicking on the “login option” will be at Admit card link. Click on it and it will open the page with the Assessment option with a box having a drop-down list.
Step 4: At the Assessment drop-down menu select Common Admission Test
- The candidates have to select the Common Admission Test 2025, from the assessment’s drop-down menu.
Step 5: Click on Action-Download & Take a print of the CAT Admit Card.
After selecting Common Admission Test 2025 from the drop-down list of the Assessment box, click on the “Action” option. As the candidate will click on the” Action” option, this will show the “Download” option. Click on it. Admit Card will get downloaded after clinking on Download. Take a printout of it on A4 size paper as this will be required at the CAT 2025 exam center.
What to do after downloading the Admit Card of CAT?
- First, the candidate has to take a print of CAT 2025 Admit Card on an A4 size sheet as a hard copy of the Admit Card is required at the exam center of CAT.
- The candidate has to paste an identical photograph of him/her on the given space provided on the Admit Card.
- Admit Card is very important document without it the candidate will not be allowed to sit in the examination. So the candidate should not forget to take it with him/her on the exam day.

CAT 2025 Exam Centers
CAT 2025 exam centers will be held in around 170 cities across the country. Candidates will get an opportunity to select five cities of their choice where they want to appear in the exam.
The CAT Center will make every effort to accommodate the candidate's choice and allot one of the preferred cities. However, in areas of high demand, CAT Center reserves the right to allot a center near any preferred city. This means that if your preferred city is unavailable due to high demand, they will try to provide a center closer to one of your preferred options.
