The admissions process at Kirit P Mehta School of Law is entirely online. The following are some specifics about this institute's admissions process:

Admission to the BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) programmes is based on a valid CLAT or LSAT India score.

Admission to LLM is based on a valid CLAT (PG) or NMIMS Written Test score, followed by an interview.

For the PhD programme, candidates are chosen based on a written test administered by NMIMS, followed by an interview. Candidates who have passed the UGC-NET (including JRF)/ UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/ SLET/ GATE/ MPhil are exempt from taking the NMIMS Written Test.

The application process is entirely online, and the application fee varies by programme.

Scholarship Scheme for College and University Students in the Central Sector:

• The scholarship provides financial assistance to economically disadvantaged students from the general, SC, ST, and physically disabled communities. The scheme's goal is to provide financial assistance to deserving students from low-income families to help them meet their day-to-day expenses while pursuing higher education.
• Scholarships are awarded based on the results of the Senior Secondary Examination. The total number of scholarships has been distributed among the State Education Boards based on the state's population between the ages of 18 and 25.
• Students in class XII of the 10+2 pattern or equivalent who are above the 80th percentile of successful candidates in the relevant stream for a particular Board of Examination, have a family income of less than Rs.6 lakhs per annum, are pursuing regular courses, and are not eligible for consideration under any other scholarship scheme, are eligible for consideration under this Scheme. For the first three years of College and University courses, the scholarship rate is Rs. 1000 per month at the Graduation level and Rs. 2000 per month at the Post-Graduation level.

• In the fourth and fifth years, students pursuing professional courses would be paid Rs. 2000/- per month. The scholarship is paid for ten months in an academic year and is deposited directly into the beneficiary's bank account.
• This programme provides scholarships to students pursuing Professional and Non-Professional courses.
