AIIMS PG 2021 Exam

All India Institute of Medical Sciences Post Graduation Entrance Exam, AIIMS PG 2021 for January session will be conducted by AIIMS, New Delhi on November 17, 2019. AIIMS PG is a National Level Entrance Examination conducted for admission into Post Graduate Courses like Master of Surgery (MS), Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), Doctorate of Medicine (DM) and M.Ch courses. This exam is conducted two times a year for the session held in January and July. The exams for these two sessions are conducted in the month of November and May respectively. AIIMS PG exam is conducted in online mode.

AIIMS PG application form 2021 can be filled in two stages; these two stages are basic registration and final registration. The Basic Registration was started on 29th June 2019. The Final registration for the same has been started on September 27, 2019, by the regulatory body. Candidates can fill the form till October 11, 2019. It is necessary to check the details regarding eligibility criteria before filling the form because anyone found ineligible later will be not allowed for further processing. AIIMS PG’s Information Brochure has been released by the authority which includes all the details related to changes in the number of exam cities, total seats, EWS quota and it also contains information regarding the AIIMS PG 2020 important dates for January session.

AIIMS PG 2021 will be conducted for admission to 548 MD/MS/MDS/DM/MCh seats offered by seven AIIMS institutes which are located in New Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Raipur, Patna, Jodhpur, and Rishikesh. The exam for this session will be conducted in 68 major cities in India. 10% seats from the total seats are reserved for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) as per the Prospectus of AIIMS PG 2021.

AIIMS PG 2021 January session will be held in online mode and there will a total of 200 multiple-choice questions. These MCQs are based on the syllabus of MBBS/BDS.



All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi conducts AIIMS MBBS examination for admission to undergraduate courses offered by fifteen AIIMS institutes. The authority has announced the dates of the AIIMS MBBS 2021 examination, which is to be held on 30th and 31st May 2021. AIIMS provides admission to a total of 1,205 MBBS seats. These seats are available in institutions located in New Delhi, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur, Rishikesh, Guntur, Nagpur, Bathinda, Kalyani, Rae Bareli, Deogarh, Gorakhpur, and Bibinagar (Telangana). Seven seats at AIIMS, New Delhi are reserved for foreign nationals.

AIIMS MBBS 2021’s application form will be released in the last week of November 2019. Since last year, a new PAAR registration facility has been introduced by AIIMS, New Delhi to fill the AIIMS application form. The process of application can be filled in two stages: AIIMS MBBS Basic Registration and Final Registration. To generate the code for the AIIMS MBBS 2021 application, candidates are required to complete the basic registration. Only those candidates who have successfully generated the Registration Unique Code (RUC) are eligible for the final registration process.

Students whose applications will be accepted by the authority can download the AIIMS MBBS Admit Card 2021. To get the AIIMS MBBS 2021 hall ticket, enter the registration ID, code generated, password and the captcha code displayed. For the purpose of verification, the admit card should be downloaded at AIIMS MBBS Examination Centers 2021 with ID proof. The examination instructions mentioned in the admit card and prospectus should be followed.

The AIIMS MBBS 2021 is conducted in a computer-based mode consisting of 200 multiple choice and logical type questions. The exam will include questions on Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Knowledge and Aptitude, and Logical Thinking. Only three hours and thirty minutes will be provided to complete the test.

AIIMS MBBS Result 2021 will be declared on 16 June in PDF format. The result will be declared as roll number-wise and rank-wise merit list. The AIIMS MBBS 2021 result will be displayed as a percentage of total marks as well as subject-wise, along with total marks and a counseling statement. AIIMS conducts three rounds of AIIMS MBBS Counseling 2021, excluding New Delhi Open and Spot Rounds. Counseling dates will be announced by the authority after the results are declared. Counseling for AIIMS MBBS 2021 will be conducted in online mode. Candidates who pass the examination are required to register themselves for AIIMS Counseling 2021 by filling the required details. When registering for AIIMS MBBS 2021 counseling, students have to provide their preferences to the colleges in which they wish to enroll. Depending on the preferences of the candidate, AIIMS rank, seat availability, reservation criteria, and other factors will be allowed to enter AIIMS Institute.

The open round of AIIMS MBBS 2019 counseling has been rescheduled from August 20, 219, 2019 to August 26-27, 2019. The authority has also issued a seat matrix for this. Candidates who will participate in the open round of counseling will have to return for medical check-up on August 27-28, if necessary, to be held in AIIMS, Delhi. Other formalities regarding the open round of counseling will be done at AIIMS, Delhi.
