Ansal University (AU) was established in 2012 under the Haryana Private Universities Act 2016. It was fomer called ‘Ansal Institute of Technology’ and affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) under Chiranjiv Charitable Trust in 2000.  Now, it is a private university. It is located in the heart of Gurgaon, Haryana. They build great platform for Learners, Instructors and Professionals. It has seven schools offering programs in Architecture, Design, Law, Management, Hospitality, Engineering and Health Sciences. It provides 45+ UG and PG courses in seven different-different streams. The School of Engineering & Technology (SET) established in the year 2000 which is affiliated with GGSIP University, New Delhi.  School of Engineering and Technology at Ansal University has its roots in Ansal Institute of Technology (AIT), one of the best Engineering Colleges in Gurgaon. School of Engineering and Technology is one of the largest School of Ansal University in the year 2012.

It offers many undergraduate, post-graduate and doctorate programs in engineering fields. It provides Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Renewable Engineering etc. SET also provides Masters of technology in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Renewable Engineering etc. It also provides doctorate degree in Applied Sciences, Computer Sciences and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
