CIT College, or Chennai Institute of Technology, is a private engineering institute in Kundrathur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The Parthasarathy Seeniammal educational Trust established the school in 2010. The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and has been approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC), the All Bharat Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and the National Board of Certification (NBA). BE/Pine Tree State and Doctor of Philosophy programmes are available. Foreign language classes in German and Japanese are available at the CIT Centre of Foreign Languages.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) and the All India Council for Technical Education have given their approval to the Institute (AICTE). In the Anna University Results, CIT was ranked second among Tamil Nadu Engineering Colleges. B.E./B.Tech, M.E., and Ph.D. programmes are available at Chennai Institute of Technology. TNEA Counseling (B.E/ B.Tech) and Entrance Exams - GATE/ TANCET – will be used to determine admission to these courses (M.E).
