IEM - Institute of Engineering & Management maintains a strictly secular environment. No staff or student is allowed to demonstrate religious identity or religious practice inside the campus. Staff or student can, however, practice their faith outside the university campus during nonacademic hours and on university holidays. 9 am to 5 pm is academic hour except for sunday. Sunday is a weekly holiday. Other holidays are available in the university holiday list published during the start of a new academic session.
