Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City is one of the members of the Indian Institutes of Management of India being set up by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. The Institute is an autonomous Institute and established on the basis of Public Private Partnership with government of Andhra Pradesh and Sri City consortium. This is a public higher educational institute located in the Sri City of Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. IIIT Sri City was established in 2013 with a mission of spreading knowledge and education in Engineering.

IIIT Sri City offers courses at Undergraduate, Post graduate and doctorate level. It offers B.tech, M.S by Research and Ph.D. These courses are offered in the areas of Computer Science & Engineering and Communication Engineering. Courses offered by it are approved by UGC, government of India. B.tech in Computer Science& Engineering and B.tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering is a 4 years duration regular and full time course. PhD in both the specialization is a full time 3 years course.M.sc in both the specialization is a 2 years full time course. Admission procedure for the IIIT Sri City is same as other IIITs. Candidates need to clear JEE Main exam for getting admission in IIIT Sri City’s undergraduate course. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of scores in JEE Main. Seats are allocated through JoSAA. Scores of GATE Entrance Exam will be considered for admission in PG Level courses.
