These include popular courses such as LLB, BA LLB, LLM, and PhD programs across various disciplines. Admission is merit-based, conducted through entrance exams and interviews organized by the university. For technical courses, applicants must take the NIU Scholarship cum Admission Test (NSAT), while non-technical programs require participation in Group Discussions and Personal Interviews (GD/PI). NIU Law school also accepts scores from national and state-level entrance exams, such as CLAT, LSAT and SLAT. The university offers more than 25 full-time programs in fields like Law, Design, and Engineering.

NIU Law School Admission Process: 

1. Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate Programs: Applicants must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board and a minimum aggregate score of 50%. 
• Postgraduate Programs: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant science discipline with a minimum aggregate score of 50%, subject to specific program requirements.

2. Entrance Examinations: 

• Candidates are required to take the NIU Law School Scholarships entrance exams (NSAT), which assesses their aptitude and knowledge in the relevant subject areas. 
• For other programs, applicants participate in Group Discussions and Personal Interviews (GD/PI). 

3. Application Process:

• Candidates must fill out the online application form available on the NIU website and submit all necessary documents along with a non-refundable NIU law school application fee. 
• After document verification, eligible candidates will be notified about the schedule for entrance exams or GD/PI, as applicable.

5. PhD Programs:
