Admission Process

Presidency University Kolkata's admission cycle began in August for the academic year 2021-2022 and will continue until September when the final list of shortlisted candidates will be released. Admission to all UG, PG and doctoral programmes at Presidency University is done online through the university's official website. Every year, the University accepts the WBJEEB-conducted PUBDET and PUMDET exams for admission to its UG and PG courses. However, both of these exams have been cancelled for 2021 admission. The final Presidency University admissions process for 2021 will be based on merit in the final qualifying exams. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria listed below must register and complete the application form in order to apply for any of the programmes.

Presidency University Kolkata has an active placements cell that assists students by providing best-in-class placement opportunities.
