Located at the outskirts of Uttarakhand, Quantum school of technology has managed by the authorities. Complete care taken about students conveyance & in campus. Excellent management skills have brought quantum on top AIEEE, score 36, I opted for this college because it is the best college in academics as well as campus placements. Every year around 99%, students placed from quantum school of technology. In year 2015, the placement rate was 100%. In addition, the same was in 2014, 2013 as well. Many big companies showed up this year like Bosch, Micromax, Arise, Atlas, etc. every companies offered around 20000 p.m. Total support is provided to freshers by senior students as it is a 100% Ragging free campus. it only take 2-3 days to get fresher students fully interactive with seniors. Therefore, I preferred choosing a college in my hometown Roorkee. The companies that come for recruitment process are mostly fraud and do not provide what they promise during the recruitment process (as told by the passed out seniors).Whereas, some of the companies such as R systems, come for recruitment which are genuine no matter the package provided by them is less.

Campus life is too good. It provides with good growing environment for academically as well as mentally. With 100% ragging free campus, quantum has many things to give it to its students. Both boys & girls have their own space, which does not make anyone to be or feel uncomfortable. Parties & workshops are hold after regular intervals. Campus situated at peaceful location, which provides complete environment to grow up. Labs & exams were both very well conducted leaving ample time in between 2 events so that we (students) can get completely relaxed. In B.Tech, all the 8 semesters have 5-6 subjects and about 2-3 practical. Every subject has five units (chapters). Most of the college crowd is low standard. Whereas, being a Computer Science student the crowd is decent. The students from convent schools of Roorkee make up a decent crowd. Students have to arrange time from their own to for indulging in extracurricular activities.

First 2-3 units covered in first sessionals & remaining part covered in second sessionals and Final exams. I placed in 3 companies. Global Step, Eternity solutions, Live-technician, Dehradun .I joined Live-technician in June 2015 & got stipend of 15000 per month. Students can also avail for the loan from any respective government bank as per their choices on easy interest rates. They can repay it once being placed or after 4 years. AIEEE, the College reputed (at the time i took admission) and as it was the best, I could get through my rank that too in my hometown. I preferred Staying in hometown as I was in hostel for the previous two years, which proved out to be a bad experience. As the college affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University, the course mainly focuses on theory part and the research and practical work is almost zero. The basic focus of the students is to just mug up the things on the last days of exams and get passing marks. "The more you write, the more you score".

Some summer training courses provided in the college campus during the summer breaks which charged around 8-10 thousand per student. An annual cultural and technical festival named DHAROHAR organized in the month of March every year. The fest is interring college and most of the nearby colleges from Dehradun, Roorkee, and Haridwar participate in the fest. The event celebrated on a good scale. An inter college Sports fest was also celebrated until 2013 but now, no inter college sports meet is organized.

Quantum School of Technology it is a decent college those understudies who need to concentrate genuinely, and bad about College has very strict about discipline. Colleges do not hesitate to disqualify short attendance, students from semester exams. I have given JEE Entrance Exams I have scored 105 Marks in General Category. I selected this college because they have a very good Placement Record in Engineering Sector. Quantum School of Technology recorded excellent placements for B.Tech and MBA students. With over 75% of its students placed in over 50 blue chip companies. Data64 visited campus with packages touching a high of Rs. 10lakh. Quantum School of Technology, have 93% placement Record. Minimum Salary Package is 4lakh per annum and highest Salary Package 12lakh per annum.
