Reva University was established in 2012 under Act 80 of the Karnataka Government. Affiliated with the University Grants Commission (UGC), the university is a constituent of the Reva Group of Educational Institutions governed by the Rukmini Educational Charitable Trust. The University is located in Bengaluru on a sprawling green campus, spread over 45 acres of land, built with the state-of-the-art infrastructure creating an environment conducive to higher learning and research. It also has affiliations with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
