T.A.Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) Manipal, established in 1980, is a management college located in Karnataka. The private autonomous business school in Manipal, Karnataka was named as Manipal Institute of Management in 1980 and later renamed to honor the founder. The institute started with a PGDM course with 49 students in its first batch.
It is best known for its two-year residential management programmes with specializations in human resources, sales & banking and financial services. TAPMI also offers an executive course in collaboration with Jamshedpur Management Association for working persons in Jamshedpur and PhD courses in its own campus. The fee for the two-year PGDM is INR 13 lakh while hostel fees amount to INR 2.72 lakh for two years.
