JEE Main 2023 Application Process, Registration

Students can get an Application form for the exam from January 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31 January 2023. Participants can fill out the exam form online on the official website of NTA and JEE also. The exam will be conducted four times a year in the month of February, March, April & May 2021. Participants scored a minimum of 75% in 12th Standard and 65% for SC/ST students who can apply for the exam online.

  • JEE Main Exam will be conducted by NTA from 2020 two times a year. The syllabus, exam pattern, and Fees remain unchanged.
  • The exam syllabus and pattern remain unchanged.
  • As previously, the participants should correct their form.
  • For outside Applications, no separate process of Application was held.

  • Medical Students can gain at JEE Main is limited to two attempts only.

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum of five subjects in Class 12th or Qualifying Examination (QE)
  • Participants had only four subjects are not permitted to write JEE Main 2021.

Year of Appearance in QE

  • Candidates who cleared their Class 12th Exam or any corresponding QE in 2021 or 2022
  • Those perusing their Class 12th or any different QE in 2023 are also eligible

Step 1: JEE Main Registration:

  • Open JEE Main/ NTA Official Website
  • Click on the ‘Apply for JEE Main 2023’ tab.
  • Fill out the form by putting Nationality, Eligibility, Class 12th School / NIOS study centre is located, Identification Type, ID number, Participants Name, Date of Birth, Gender, and Security Pin. 

Step 2: Uploading Documents:

  • After filling out the form, participants are required to scan and upload a photograph and signature. 
  •  Any form of the photograph will be cancelled. 
  • Keep 6-8 of the same photographs for the time of the exam, seat allocation and admission. 
  • Participants of any reserved caste should get  their caste certificates

Step 3: Payment of JEE Main 2023 Application Fee

  •  The students can pay their registration fees for JEE Main via Credit, Debit Card/ Net Banking/ e-wallets/ SBI Buddy Wallet.
  • The option to choose an e-challan is also available. A student has to Visit the nearest Syndicate Bank, Canara Bank or ICICI Bank branch to make the payment.

  • If any Participant pays, their fees via money order, demand draft, IPO etc. Their application form will be rejected.
  • The application fee is Non-Refundable.

Step 4: Download the Acknowledgement Page

  • Take a hard copy of the Acknowledgement Page and keep it for the exam.
  • Acknowledgement Page is not necessary to be sent to the JEE Main Secretariat
